Digital products

Viking Prairie K9 sells digital training manuals that are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product is shipped.

All sales are final

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of digital products are final. Viking Prairie K9 does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds once a digital product has been purchased.

Download or access issues

If a customer experiences a technical issue accessing or downloading a purchased manual, they should contact Viking Prairie K9 for assistance. A technical delivery issue does not constitute a return, but Viking Prairie K9 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the customer receives access to the digital product they purchased.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If a customer believes they were charged more than once for the same transaction or there is an error with their payment, they should contact Viking Prairie K9 so the transaction can be reviewed.
